Labor Mobility Partnerships (LaMP) works to develop large-scale, long-term solutions for workers to access quality jobs across borders. Our vision is a world in which the global poor have exponentially greater opportunity for economic advancement. Our goal is to dramatically increase the scale and quality of labor mobility programs globally.
As a dynamic start-up, LaMP focuses on delivering proof-of-concept projects demonstrating the feasibility and impact of large-scale labor mobility pathways, providing technical assistance, developing tools for practitioners, and building a global coalition of multi-sector actors.
Some global context: OECD countries face a worker gap of 383 million by 2050. Workers in developing countries can significantly increase their income through employment in OECD countries, benefiting workers, receiving countries, and sending countries through remittances and employment opportunities.
We seek a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Associate to support organizational and programmatic administrative needs, working closely with a diverse global team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include streamlining processes, supporting financial reviews, coordinating meetings and events, and handling administrative and grant tasks. Bilingual in English and Spanish, willing to work across time zones, is preferred.
This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, global environment supporting impactful migration projects. LaMP is a non-profit in the US and Germany, managing multi-million-dollar projects across 10+ countries, with funding over $10 million. We seek a candidate eager to grow professionally in our expanding organization.
Willingness to work irregular hours to accommodate different time zones.
Location: Remote, candidates in the Americas able to work EST hours.
Salary: USD 45,000-65,000, depending on qualifications and location.
