Roundhill Investments is hiring! We are looking to expand our team by bringing on a detail-oriented, resourceful, self-starter who is passionate about marketing ETFs.

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Associate will serve as a critical link between the Marketing and Operations teams, supporting the firm’s distribution, compliance, and communications infrastructure. This cross-functional role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. The ideal candidate will take ownership of key processes such as content compliance workflows, marketing distribution calendars, and website data accuracy. In addition, this individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners—to ensure the smooth execution of fund launches and ongoing marketing operations. This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day activities across the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee the distribution calendar, ensuring all marketing and operational logistics meet established deadlines.
• Own and manage the compliance distributor portal, including posting and managing content submissions.
• Moderating and responding to compliance comments, engaging authors as necessary.
• Tracking and managing incoming FINRA letters.
• Regularly update factsheets, investor decks, and webpages.
• Perform regular data validity checks across the website and social platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee FTP document uploads to the website.
• Conduct daily compliance and accuracy checks for 6c-11 fund webpages.
• Manage, maintain, and action distribution templates, including those for social media posts and email communications.
• Manage Roundhill’s operational update social media account to communicate timely fund information and platform developments
• Coordinate effectively with third-party index providers to ensure accurate communication of AUM data.
• Support ad-hoc requests in support of broader operating platform objectives
• Respond to inbound phone calls and emails from “Contact-Us” submissions
• Assist in answering the firm’s phone lines and directing calls to correct resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, with preference to technical disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, or Engineering or business disciplines such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing/product/operations role
• Excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail and extremely process-orientated
• Experience manipulating and transforming datasets to generate detailed visuals
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and strong knowledge of the entire Office / Google suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrable desire to expand technical expertise
• Passion for markets with basic knowledge of the asset management industry, including ETFs
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg preferred
