You’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business functions, helping the founders scale operations, and ensuring that every corner of the business is firing on all cylinders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the founders, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep, and inbox oversight.
- Manage internal and client communications on behalf of the leadership team.
- Take notes during meetings and ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed.
- Assist with client-facing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, social media scheduling, and content distribution.
- Help manage CRM data and lead tracking.
Business & Operations Management
- Support day-to-day operational tasks like invoicing, scheduling, file organization, and vendor coordination.
- Track and report on internal metrics and KPIs.
- Assist with hiring tasks including scheduling interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding checklists.
Project & Client Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between Kure and its clients, managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure internal teams stay on task and clients are consistently informed.
- Manage task lists, timelines, and operational processes for multiple projects concurrently.
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Support other recruiting admin activities as needed.
Who You Are
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in ambiguity and love wearing multiple hats.
- Excellent communicator—both in writing and verbally, with an ability to represent Kure with professionalism.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable learning and using tools like Slack, HoneyBook, Google Workspace, Microsoft SharePoint, Canva, and project management platforms.
- Proactive and autonomous—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs and take initiative.
Qualifications
- Recent grads welcome
- Experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or similar roles (bonus if in healthcare, marketing, or consulting industries).
- Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
