NeoWork is hiring Operations Associates to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly for U.S. companies. You will handle back-office tasks, maintain systems and data, and help teams run more efficiently.

NeoWork builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies, handling recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support while teammates work inside client teams and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools or automation tools such as Zapier.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational workflows and back-office tasks
• Maintain accurate data in CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Document processes and keep SOPs up to date
• Prepare basic reports and track operational metrics
• Support special projects as the business grows
