Outamation is hiring an Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Sunrise, FL. In this entry-level role, you'll take mortgage‑related documents from our systems through to their final physical form — printing, quality‑checking, packaging, and shipping them out on schedule. It's a hands‑on, detail‑driven role supporting document fulfillment and compliance in the mortgage industry.

As you get up to speed, you'll also cross‑train into other Operations Associate tasks — data keying, document review, and auditing — so you can support additional projects as the team's needs grow.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Shipping

• Print mortgage and loan documents accurately and on schedule, following project specifications.
• Quality-check printed output for errors, missing pages, or formatting issues before it ships.
• Package documents and prepare outbound shipments (USPS, FedEx, UPS), including labeling, tracking numbers, and shipping logs.
• Track shipments to confirm on‑time delivery and resolve issues as they come up.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of paper, toner, envelopes, and other print/mailing supplies; flag reorders as needed.
• Keep the print and mailroom area organized and audit‑ready.

Operations & Document Support (cross‑trained over time)

• Perform data keying and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Review mortgage documents for completeness and correctness against project specifications.
• Conduct data reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project guidelines.
• Identify issue trends and report findings to SMEs and Front‑line Managers.
• Take on additional assignments as needed to support other operational projects.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language: Bilingual required — proficient in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Experience: Entry‑level welcome; prior experience in shipping/mailroom, print production, or mortgage/document industry a plus.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; basic MS Office proficiency; comfortable with printers, mail/shipping software, and office equipment.
• Soft skills: Positive attitude, reliable, team player; strong written/verbal communication; able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
