Overview
Provides support for Operations, and assists in coordinating aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities, including order management, ticket resolution, and coordination of shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate post-sale service operations including battery replacements and temperature recertification processes for TruMed’s hardware products.
- Place and track battery orders, schedule service visits with field technicians and customers, and ensure timely completion of replacements.
- Perform temperature recertification tests and administer the calibration schedule for AccuVax and AccuShelf units in compliance with internal quality standards.
- Support inventory tasks including receiving, tracking, reporting stock levels, and preparing orders for deployments.
- Use software tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, internal systems) to manage workflows, update tickets, and track ongoing tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Field Service, and Engineering teams to ensure effective execution of maintenance and service-related activities.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding service updates, scheduling, and escalation of operational issues.
- Maintain department documentation and assist in the preparation of routine and ad hoc reports.
- Help ensure general organization and cleanliness of common areas and storage rooms.
- Assist with proper recycling or disposal of obsolete or excess equipment in accordance with internal protocols.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Preferred skills: Experience with digital documentation systems is preferred (e.g., Confluence, Jira, SharePoint).
Work Environment
- Work requires local travel (up to 10%) and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
