Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling in a retail branch. You will receive, stock, and present products to support sales, merchandising, fulfillment, and inventory goals.

Key duties include efficient receiving and put-away, maintaining organization, and collaborating with Merchandising, Inventory, and Product Lifecycle teams. No degree required; strong work ethic and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of our business model and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic customer service skills and ability to function well with coworkers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think critically.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
  • Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch.
  • Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues.
  • Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.

Job Summary

The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Product Lifecycle Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
