CB2 Sales Associates are at the core of our customers’ experience. Friendly, outgoing, and naturally driven, you’re a fan of everything we sell. Under the guidance of the Management Team, your day involves meeting and exceeding sales goals, becoming an expert on our products, assisting customers, and maintaining a neat sales floor.

A day in the life as a Sales Associate...

• Demonstrate and model selling skills, customer service, merchandising, and teamwork.
• Support the management team in leadership, training, and promoting teamwork on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and stay updated on current information.
• Stay informed about advertising, promotions, catalogs, and merchandise status.
• Provide gracious, efficient, and fun customer service, modeling company standards.
• Maintain floor coverage according to posted schedules.
• Focus on promoting sales and achieving sales targets.
• Apply creative problem-solving and selling skills to find solutions.
• Foster a strong team environment by working effectively and respectfully with colleagues.
• Actively engage with customers and assist with merchandising selections.

What you’ll bring to the table…

• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Good reading and writing skills in English, effective communication, basic arithmetic, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; heavier items require team assistance.

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

• Full-Time: Open availability for flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Part-Time: Availability for at least two weekend days and one weekday or evening.

Minimum Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour
Up to: $22.50 per hour
Pay ranges are adjusted as needed to comply with applicable laws. In addition to salary, associates may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
