SALARY: KES 32,000-35,000/month

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be the essential support system behind Amini Business Consulting's growth journey. This role blends strategic support with creative execution, helping streamline operations while positioning ABC as a thought leader in the consulting space. TOOLS WE USE:

→ Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

→ Notion (for project tracking and internal systems)

→ Loom (for async video communication and screen recordings)

→ Meta Business Suite (Instagram content planning & publishing)

→ Canva (for design & light video editing)

→ Zoom / Google Meet (for virtual meetings)

→ Project management software (training provided)

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Project Management & Client Support:

→ Manage client projects from start to finish using project management tools

→ Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for all active clients

→ Plan project phases and communicate progress updates to clients

→ Support client project delivery and join meetings as needed

→Send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments

Content & Marketing Support:

→ Review content drafts and provide feedback on LinkedIn posts and blogs

→ Create Instagram content and handle basic editing tasks

→ Draft outreach emails to podcasts, magazines, and media outlets

→ Help position the founder and ABC as thought leaders in operations consulting

Operations & Administration:

→ Manage calendars, follow-ups, and administrative coordination

→ Coordinate virtual meetings and ensure smooth client communication

→ Help maintain project organization and keep deliverables on track

→ Assist with lead generation and business development activities

Research & Development:

→ Test and explore new business tools to improve workflow efficiency

→ Support the implementation of ABC's signature methodologies with clients

→ Track key performance metrics and help prepare simple internal reports

→ Participate in weekly team reviews and feedback sessions

→ Identify and suggest opportunities to improve processes or client experience

→ Assist in proofreading and polishing internal or client-facing documents
