Description
You will work closely with the Director of Operations on a wide variety of responsibilities, including:
- Coordinating operational projects and following them through to completion
- Helping manage internal workflows, processes, and procedures
- Assisting with employee onboarding, training, and other HR-related functions
- Supporting recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination
- Maintaining and improving internal documentation and standard operating procedures
- Tracking projects, deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding items
- Assisting with technology and vendor coordination
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal communications
- Helping organize meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives
- Identifying inefficiencies and helping develop better ways to get things done
- Handling confidential employee, client, and company information appropriately
- Taking on new projects as the firm continues to grow

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are important. Experience in financial services, operations, human resources, project coordination, or professional services is helpful but not required for the right person.
