Job summary

Pelham Berkeley Search seeks an Operations Associate to support global equities operations and settlements within a small, high-end buy-side firm. You will help ensure accurate books and smooth processing in a professional environment.

The role requires 1–5+ years of trade settlements experience, with strong organizational and quantitative skills, and familiarity with investment operations systems such as Advent Axys, Electra, or Eze.

• Assist with corporate actions tracking and verification
• New account/security setup

High Profile Mid-sized Fund seeks Operations Associate to work as part of small team responsible for all Global Equities operations and settlements. About the Role

In summary, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's day-to-day operational activities and helping ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processes across the investment platform.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations, helping maintain accurate books and records across portfolios

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 1-5+ years of experience with trade settlements (global equites preferred)
• Buy-side experience strongly preferred
• Experience with cash and position reconciliations, trade settlement, and other core investment operations processes.
• Extensive equities (domestic and international) experience required; FX, derivatives (P-notes, total return swaps, etc..) is also helpful
• Must be very organized, quantitative, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Advent Axys, Electra, Eze, or similar investment operations systems

Pay range and compensation package

This is a direct hire full time position with a very high end mid-sized firm that offers competitive compensation of $85,000 - $110,000 plus bonus and an amazing benefits package.
