Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or voice-picking systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and verifying orders.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic counting and inventory skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cartons and products.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming cartons and inspect shipments against bills of lading.
• Receive, sort, count, and verify books for inventory and customer orders.
• Stock books in designated locations and replenish inventory as needed.
• Pick, verify, and stage customer orders using paper lists, RF scanners, or voice-directed systems.
• Pack customer orders using appropriate packaging methods for safe shipment.
• Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before shipping.
• Complete quality assurance forms and production documentation as required.
• Break down boxes and dispose of packing materials properly.
• Move inventory with hand carts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following company procedures.
