Job summary

Talentify is seeking an energetic Operations Associate for a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will pull customer orders, participate in cycle counts, stock shelves, and maintain organization while communicating professionally with customers.

The role may involve handling hazardous materials and occasional delivery duties using a company vehicle, depending on location. Applicants should have prior warehouse experience, be at least 18, and possess a valid license.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clean driving record preferred (Class C or D).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication with customers and management.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders
• Participate in inventory cycle counts
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives

• Ability to write customer returns accurately
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials
• Performs other duties as assigned

In addition to the Warehouse duties, this position may be responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of customer's automotive parts to their location using a company provided vehicle; per location needs.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Class C or D license with a Clean Driving Record Preferred
• Positive work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
