Job summary

Atterro is hiring an Operations Associate in Chambersburg, PA to handle inbound/outbound warehouse tasks and order fulfillment. You will unload, inspect, and stock books, then pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or voice-directed systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and reliability, with day and night shifts and a strong focus on safety and process adherence. Previous warehouse experience helps.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or voice-picking systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and verifying orders.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic counting and inventory skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cartons and book products throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming cartons and inspect shipments against bills of lading.
• Receive, sort, count, and verify book products for inventory and customer orders.
• Stock books in designated warehouse locations and replenish inventory as needed.
• Pick, verify, and stage customer orders using paper pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-directed systems.
• Pack customer orders using appropriate packaging methods to ensure safe shipment.
• Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before shipping.
• Complete quality assurance forms and production documentation as required.
• Break down boxes and dispose of packing materials properly.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse using hand carts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company procedures.

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Multiple Shifts (7 am-7 pm) and (7 pm-7 am)

• Day shift: $20/hr + $1/hr shift differential for Sat/Sun
• Night shift: $22/hr + $1/hr shift differential for Sat/Sun
