Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Worcester, PA. The role involves supporting warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

The position offers competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and an optional 401(k). Schedule runs 9 AM–6 PM, pay rate is $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations including picking and packing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Good communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Pick, inspect, and move inventory to correct location for inspection or shipment.
• Verify lot numbers, quantities, purchase orders, and shipping orders for accuracy; identify damage or defects.
• Pack, wrap, label, and prepare pallets and orders for shipment.
• Safely operate required warehouse equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with order maintenance, basic order troubleshooting, and warehouse support as needed.
• Follow SOPs, SOWs, safety requirements, and 5S standards.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors to maintain service, safety, and productivity.
• Complete required training and report policy or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
