Job summary

MayTech Global Investments is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our growing investment team, handling client service, account maintenance, trade execution, and internal reporting.

You will coordinate across departments to ensure accurate trade settlement, onboarding, and rigorous data analysis using Excel and reporting tools. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth business workflows
• Execute trades accurately through custodial platforms and monitor trade settlement
• Liaise with custodians and internal teams to research and resolve trade or operational issues
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account administration
• Maintain and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and review reports related to client accounts, investment activity, and compliance needs
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic investment firm
• Comfort working with financial data and reporting platforms
• Familiarity with Python or a similar programming language for data analysis or automation is a plus
