Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a capable team member for shipping/receiving operations. The role involves processing documents, tracking service performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Responsibilities include dock operations support, inbound/outbound checks, sequencing, and inventory accuracy. GED with 1–3 years of experience is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for advancement or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
