Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a warehouse/ops associate in Milwaukee to support shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation with accuracy. You will collect information for operational reporting and help drive performance metrics across teams.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
