Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time team member to assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents while tracking service performance.

You will collect information for operational reporting, interact with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Dock operations support and sequencing are part of the role, with opportunities to improve efficiency and stay compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery docs; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
