Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time Logistics/Shipping Assistant in Milwaukee, WI. You will process, produce, and reconcile shipping and receiving documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dock operations and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions
• Other duties as assigned
