Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations, focusing on front-end and sales floor tasks.
• Support hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, protect store assets, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers and staff.
• Manage store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Oversee hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Handle merchandise receipt, return, and damaged goods processing.
• Assist with scheduling, supplies, expense control, merchandising, and promotional displays.
• Ensure store signage and seasonal displays are maintained.
• Support cash handling and store efficiency initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Preferably prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.
