As a SkillBridge Intern, you'll help optimize our operational efficiency across departments such as Business Development, HR, Contract Administration, Cyber Security, and Marketing. Your focus will be on supporting operational excellence through seamless and efficient processes. This internship requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

What you will learn:

Integration of Business Systems via SAAS/PAAS: HUBSPOT Payroll/HR/Benefits, LI, GOVWIN, CMMC/HIPAA, Cyberab, Email and Marketing, Insurance.

Key Responsibilities (Internship level):

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of various operational areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements.
  • Assist in developing policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Monitor operational activities for timely completion.
  • Help develop and track KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Support proposal development, operational reports, and trend analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing technology solutions.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of operational processes.
  • HR experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools.

Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience.
