We are seeking CEO/C-suite leaders who value learning, growth, and community, and who are passionate about developing and coaching others in their field.

As a Mento coach, you will form 1:1 partnerships with our members to help them identify and track clear goals, become better leaders, communicate effectively, solve work-related issues, and feel happy, fulfilled, and engaged both at work and beyond.

All Mento coaches, regardless of coaching experience, are required to participate in our ICF-certified coach training program to learn Mento’s coaching methodology before working with members. Our immersive training is designed to help you grow as a coach, master the Mento Coaching Methodology, and access proprietary tools that distinguish our coaches. Successful graduates will earn Continuing Coach Education Units. Your routine responsibilities will include:

1. Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions using our platform and tools.
2. Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
3. Communicating with members through email or chat in the Mento App between sessions.
4. Contributing to the Mento coaching community by sharing tools and insights to improve practices and fulfill our mission of empowering individuals to thrive in careers they love.
5. Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.

Who are you?

You are…

• A CEO/C-suite executive with 20+ years managing teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is a plus but not required).
• Interested in transforming leadership skills into meaningful coaching abilities.
• Passionate about helping others advance professionally and personally.
• Self-aware, with high emotional IQ, and committed to creating a safe space for vulnerability.
• Eager to grow coaching skills with a growth mindset, regardless of coaching experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Able to dedicate at least 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.

We invite new coaches to join us on a rolling basis. While we may not need to add a CEO/C-suite coach immediately, we welcome your interest and encourage you to connect with us, as demand varies.

• This is a contract role, paid hourly, with potential bonuses for engagement and community growth.
• You must be available for a minimum of three to five hours weekly.
• A commitment of at least 24 months is preferred to foster meaningful relationships.
• This position is fully remote, based in North America or Europe.
• We seek experienced senior leaders eager to develop coaching skills.

Our Hiring Philosophy: All new coaches must complete our ICF-certified coaching program, Mento Coaching 101. We aim for coaches to start working with members soon after training. Hiring depends on immediate client demand. Candidates accepted will be offered spots in upcoming training or added to our coach shortlist for future opportunities.
