Qualifications

• Experience in management or operations support; distribution/warehousing background helpful.
• Strong computer skills; inventory software, spreadsheets, reporting tools comfortable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to handle varied responsibilities.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse personnel and daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Assist customers at the parts counter with product knowledge, orders, and issue resolution.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and complete administrative tasks.
• Oversee warranty claims and returns; ensure proper handling.
• Communicate with purchasing to manage inventory levels and availability.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, returns, and other documentation.
• Foster positive customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Act as a support leader within the branch when Branch Manager is unavailable.
