Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to safety policies.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff.
• Overseeing store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Assisting with merchandise receipt, returns, and damaged goods processing.
• Supporting staffing, sales effectiveness, cash handling, and merchandising efforts.
• Managing supplies, expense control, and signage.
• Ensuring replenishment of stock and promotional displays.
• Assisting with scheduling and store operations management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
