Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Helping protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keeping store areas, stockroom, and sales floor in company standards.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and related store communications.
• Supporting receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensuring proper staffing and sales effectiveness daily.
• Managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
• Maintaining promotional displays and seasonal areas.
• Coordinating signage and merchandising efforts.
• Handling damaged merchandise daily.
• Assisting with weekly scheduling, supplies, and expense management.
• Maximizing impulse sales through merchandising and checkout area management.
• Refilling coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Preferred retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
