Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, with a focus on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
3. Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
5. Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff.
6. Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery.
7. Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
8. Processing corporate directives and store communications.
9. Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, ensuring compliance with policies.
10. Ensuring proper staffing and sales floor effectiveness daily.
11. Managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
12. Overseeing promotional displays and seasonal areas.
13. Coordinating signage and merchandising efforts.
14. Managing store supplies and controlling expenses.
15. Maintaining the checkout area to maximize impulse sales.
16. Refilling coolers and displays daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
