Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Performing store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Maintaining store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Managing receipt and return of DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensuring proper staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily.
• Managing cashiering activities to adhere to cash handling guidelines.
• Enhancing promotional displays and store signage.
• Managing seasonal areas and merchandise displays.
• Handling damaged merchandise daily.
• Assisting with weekly scheduling and managing store supplies and expenses.
• Maintaining checkout area and store displays to maximize sales.
• Refilling coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
