Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
3. Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
5. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery and stockroom.
7. Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
8. Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
9. Assisting with receipt, return, and management of DSD merchandise.
10. Ensuring proper staffing and sales effectiveness daily.
11. Managing cashiering and cash handling practices.
12. Maintaining promotional displays and store signage.
13. Handling damaged merchandise and managing store supplies and expenses.
14. Assisting with merchandising and maximizing impulse sales at checkout.
15. Refilling coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
