Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Help protect and secure company assets, including cash
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Ensure store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, meet company standards
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates
• Process all corporate directives and store communications
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, including DSD merchandise
• Help ensure proper staffing coverage and sales floor effectiveness daily
• Manage cashiering activities and cash handling practices
• Coordinate store signage and displays for promotional effectiveness
• Manage seasonal areas and merchandise displays
• Assist with weekly scheduling and store supplies management
• Maintain checkout area and store displays to maximize sales
• Refill coolers and program racks/displays daily

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
