Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
  2. Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
  3. Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
  4. Protecting and securing all store assets, including cash.
  5. Adhering to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  6. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
  7. Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
  8. Providing supervisory responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.
  9. Processing corporate directives and store communications.
  10. Assisting with merchandise receipt, return, and damaged goods processing.
  11. Supporting staffing, sales effectiveness, cash handling, and merchandising efforts.
  12. Managing store supplies, expenses, and promotional displays.
  13. Creating weekly schedules and ensuring proper store operation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior retail and management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
