Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing all corporate directives and store communications.
• Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, including DSD merchandise.
• Ensuring proper staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily.
• Managing cashiering activities and ensuring compliance with cash handling practices.
• Managing store displays, signage, seasonal areas, and promotional fixtures.
• Assisting with weekly scheduling, supplies, expense control, and merchandising.
• Refilling coolers and store displays daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
