Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
3. Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
4. Protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash.
5. Maintaining a professional and friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Maintaining store areas to company standards, including recovery and stockroom management.
7. Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
8. Processing all corporate directives and store communications.
9. Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, and managing damaged goods.
10. Supporting staffing, sales, and cash handling practices.
11. Managing store displays, signage, and seasonal areas for promotional effectiveness.
12. Assisting with weekly scheduling and managing store supplies and expenses.
13. Maintaining checkout areas to maximize sales.
14. Refilling coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum qualifications include:
