Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards, including recovery.
• When the Store Manager is absent, take supervisory responsibility for hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications as delegated.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily.
• Manage cashiering activities and ensure cash handling guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate store signage and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist with merchandise management, including damaged goods processing.
• Help create weekly staff schedules and manage store supplies and expenses.
• Maintain checkout area and store displays to maximize sales.
• Refill coolers and displays daily, including promotional items.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
