Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Maintaining store areas to company standards, including recovery.
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, ensuring policies are followed.
• Supporting staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily.
• Managing cashiering activities and cash handling practices.
• Ensuring promotional displays and seasonal areas are effective and well-maintained.
• Assisting with scheduling, supplies, expense control, and merchandising.
• Refilling coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
