Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications as delegated.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensure proper staffing and sales floor effectiveness daily.
• Manage cashiering activities and ensure cash handling guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate store signage and promotional displays.
• Manage store supplies and control expenses.
• Maintain merchandising and checkout areas to maximize sales.
• Refill coolers and displays daily, including promotional items.
• Assist with scheduling and store operations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
