Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure all areas of the store meet company standards, including stockroom and sales floor, with proper recovery.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates.
• Process directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and Key Survey information.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily.
• Manage cashiering activities to adhere to cash handling practices.
• Coordinate store signage and promotional displays.
• Manage seasonal areas and merchandise displays.
• Handle damaged merchandise daily.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and store supplies management.
• Maintain checkout area and store displays to maximize sales.
• Refill coolers and program racks/displays daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
