Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Helping with hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery and merchandising.
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
• Processing directives related to store activities, including merchandise receipt, return, and damage handling.
• Assisting with staffing, sales floor management, cashiering, signage, and inventory control.
• Supporting store supply management and expense control.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
