Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing store opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Managing store areas, stockroom, and sales floor to company standards.
• Providing supervisory oversight of hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Assisting with receipt, return, and management of DSD merchandise.
• Ensuring proper staffing, sales effectiveness, and cash handling practices.
• Managing merchandising, signage, and seasonal displays.
• Creating weekly schedules and managing supplies and expenses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
