Responsibilities:

• Assist with all operational tasks within the store as delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Maintain store areas to company standards, including recovery efforts.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
• Process directives related to store activities, including merchandise receipt and return, following company policies.
• Assist in ensuring proper staffing and sales floor effectiveness daily.
• Manage cashiering activities, ensuring cash handling guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate store signage and promotional displays.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and managing store supplies and expenses.
• Maintain merchandising and checkout areas to maximize sales.
• Ensure store displays and coolers are replenished daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
