Job summary

Flatland Energy Services is seeking an Operations Assistant and Driver to provide essential administrative support to the Operations Management team in Midland, TX. You will help maintain an efficient, organized department structure and handle driving for business trips with the Operations Manager.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work early morning shifts, Monday through Saturday, including on-call

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Available to work Monday–Saturday, 5 AM–6 PM.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Closely support the Operations Manager to assist where needed.
• Drive the Operations Manager for business reasons to field sites, stores, and properties.
• Review files, emails, and reports to determine significance and respond.
• Research and prepare reports or information for management.
• Maintain workforce data and assist HR with status changes.
• Support departments with daily/weekly reports and tasks.
• Liaison between operations and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
