Job summary

MyDermaDream is seeking a remote automation specialist to build and maintain Google Apps Script workflows and advanced Google Sheets systems. You will turn raw data into accurate reports and dashboards, fix bottlenecks, and own automation across operational and sales data, delivering measurable time savings as the team scales.

The role emphasizes independent work, speed, and a focus on root-cause fixes over patching errors, with 100% remote collaboration and direct impact on decision-making.

Qualifications

We need someone who removes that manual work permanently — not someone who becomes the new person doing it.

In order to achieve this, you will build and maintain the Google Sheets systems and Apps Script automations that our operational and sales teams run on, turn raw data into accurate reports and dashboards, and find the bottlenecks in our workflows before anyone asks you to.

• Make sure every report gives an accurate, actionable answer.

• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows.

• Build tools and systems that reduce manual work and improve productivity.

• Continuously improve internal processes through automation and structured data management.
