Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an Operations Clerk to work for one of our top clients in San Francisco, CA (Fully Remote).

Job Title: Operations Clerk-III

Location: San Francisco, CA (Fully Remote) (PST or MST time zone preferred)

Pay rate: $17.40-$18.50/hr. on W2

Duration: 03+ Months with the possibility of extension

Work Schedule: Standard Business Hours

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Clerk to support the Strategy & Operations team for a large-scale delivery partner initiative. This role will focus on administrative and operational tasks supporting a network of third-party delivery partners and their workforce across multiple U.S. states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update onboarding trackers with background check results for new hires.
  • Create and manage Dasher (driver) profiles for partner organizations.
  • Process offboarding of terminated drivers in the system.
  • Investigate and review potential delivery issues to determine root causes.
  • Provide dispatching assistance for third-party partners through the delivery portal.
  • Follow provided instructions and workflows to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with online platforms or portals; prior logistics or dispatch support is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
