A leading public utility company in Kalamazoo, Michigan, is seeking an individual to support HVAC and Appliance parts management for field employees. The role involves working closely with vendors for parts ordering, managing employee accounts, and overseeing inventory on a quarterly basis. Strong interpersonal skills and a background in HVAC or appliances are essential. This position requires effective communication with both management and employees and offers an opportunity to make a direct impact in operations.

Qualificações

• 1-5 years of experience in related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
• 1–5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel; SAP experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Consumers Energy field employees to find HVAC and Appliance parts.
• Coordinate with outside parts supply vendors for ordering and returns.
• Assist in managing employee accounts and order processes.
• Manage truck and headquarters inventory quarterly.

Job Description

Duties

• This person will be required to work with Consumers Energy field employees and find HVAC and Appliance parts for the employees.
• This person will also have to work with our outside parts supply vendors to make sure parts are ordered from them and returned if needed.
• They need to be able to work with management to help manage the employee’s accounts and what they order monthly.
• They need to also manage truck and headquarter inventory quarterly and be able to communicate this with management.
