Job summary

Diamonds Direct in Austin is seeking an Operations Support teammate to help with daily business functions, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination and general administrative tasks.

This role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure operational efficiency and outstanding customer service. Expected pay ranges $19.00-$22.00 per hour.

• Experience with inventory tracking and restocking.

• Ability to coordinate with shipping and logistics teams.

• Assist with order processing, packaging, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Help prepare merchandise for store displays or client appointments.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures.
• Provide Administrative and operational support to internal teams.
• Support project coordination efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
