SkillOps is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to ensure the operational engine runs efficiently, accurately, and consistently across departments. You will support onboarding, course logistics, invoicing, and data management while building scalable processes and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations support or related role
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Experience coordinating complex projects and workflows with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with CRM platforms and cloud-based business technologies
• Experience supporting financial operations including invoicing, PO’s, AR, or expenses
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and executives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process improvement
• Professionalism, discretion, and integrity with confidential information
• Self-motivated and able to work independently across departments
• Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a growing organization

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficient execution and excellent customer experiences
• Manage client onboarding, learner enrollment, and course logistics ensuring accuracy
• Coordinate participant evaluations, certificates, and follow-up activities
• Handle invoicing, POs, AR tracking, payments, and expense documentation
• Maintain data in Dynamics 365 and other business systems with data integrity
• Support administration of Dynamics 365, Canvas LMS, Microsoft 365, Stripe, SharePoint, Sensepass and other tools
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose scalable process improvements
• Leverage AI tools and automation to boost productivity and reporting
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational docs for consistency and scalability
• Assist executives with special projects and vendor coordination
