Job summary

Tenex is seeking an Operations Coordinator to own IT access, vendor reviews, and compliance programs, while coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and office logistics. You will act as the central point between HR, IT, and Finance to ensure smooth joiners, role changes, and departures.

You will build processes, manage assets and badges, and drive audit readiness, with room to shape the governance practices as the team scales rapidly.

Qualifications

• Zero to two years of experience, recent grads considered.
• Ownership of a project from start to finish is expected.
• Strong organizational habits enable effective work.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly and independently.
• Clear written communication and discretion with information.
• Comfort switching between auditor requests and office issues.

Responsibilities

• IT access provisioning and deprovisioning across core tools.
• Review and approve AI tool usage per policy; manage approved-tools.
• Vendor security doc collection and contract routing for approval.
• GRC program administration and auditor request coordination.
• Office management including badges, supplies, and facilities issues.
• Onboarding/offboarding coordination and HRIS data entry.
• Coordinate with immigration counsel and background checks as needed.
