Job summary

TENEX.AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customer accounts, solving security and data challenges by combining AI, data, and engineering skills. You will ship tailored solutions that scale across TENEX.AI's platform and feedback improvements from real deployments.

You will collaborate with AI & Data Science teams, develop automated workflows, and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, driving impact in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
• Experience solving customer-facing technical problems
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Embed within customer accounts to understand environment, workflows, and security challenges
• Follow the FDE loop: Discover, Ideate, Document, Build, Ship with bias toward action
• Build custom solutions incl. automations, integrations, AI-assisted workflows, data pipelines, security tooling
• Prototype and ship working solutions in ambiguous environments
• Document solutions so they can be scaled across the platform
• Collaborate with AI & Data Science functions for cross-customer intelligence
• Maintain strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders
• Manage multiple accounts concurrently with high-quality output
• Escalate blockers or risks to leadership when appropriate
