Job summary

Access Medical Labs in New York seeks an Operations Analyst to partner with the VP of Operations. You will build dashboards, report on KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements across the organization.

You will analyze workflows, coordinate initiatives across departments, and support planning, budgeting, and performance reviews. A strong analytical mindset, Excel prowess, and experience with dashboards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, healthcare operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, reports, or executive-level business summaries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while coordinating with the VP of Operations across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPIs for leadership review.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments, validate accuracy, translate findings into insights.
• Support VP of Operations in executive meetings, planning, business cases, and decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and supporting analysis.
• Track priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-ups to maintain visibility and accountability.
• Evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, create SOPs, and map future-state processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Client Success, IT, Billing, Labs, and more.
• Develop project plans with timelines, deliverables, and status updates; escalate risks when needed.
• Identify automation opportunities and support system optimization (Salesforce, BI tools).
