Job summary

One Federal Solution in Washington DC is seeking an experienced Operations Management Analyst to support a Government Client. You will analyze operational data, evaluate processes, and develop reports and presentations to improve organizational effectiveness and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in related fields, with strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
8+ years of project, program management, or related experience.
5+ years conducting analytical and support activities in operations management.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret management policies, regulations, and directives.
Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

Analyze operational processes and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct research and analysis of technical and operational data to support executive decision-making.
Develop reports, dashboards, flowcharts, executive briefings, and presentation materials.
Monitor operational metrics and prepare recurring and ad hoc analytical reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze operational data.
Assist with preparation of policy documents, white papers, and management reports.
Support meetings, working groups, and special projects with documentation and tracking.
